Content

Dealer-controlled accuracy
Dealers remain responsible for inventory, pricing, media rights, disclosures, and compliance.
These terms apply to your use of 24auto services unless a signed order form, checkout term, or written agreement with 24auto says otherwise. Section summaries are provided for convenience; the section text controls.

Service and subscription

24auto provides dealership website, inventory storefront, lead capture, hosting, and administrative tooling for independent dealers. The current service is operator-assisted: open account creation, automatic site launch, and automatic discount approval are not available unless 24auto states otherwise in writing.

Paid access, support scope, checkout terms, taxes, failed payment handling, and any custom launch commitments may be controlled by an order form, checkout page, invoice, or written subscription agreement.

Accounts and authorized users

Dealers are responsible for keeping account information accurate, limiting admin access to authorized staff, protecting credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Actions taken from an authorized dealership account may be treated as dealership actions.

Dealer responsibilities

Dealers remain responsible for vehicle accuracy, prices, rebates, taxes, fees, financing language, availability, uploaded media, legal disclosures, claims about vehicles, and compliance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules.

Dealers are also responsible for photos, descriptions, warranties, add-ons, required notices, staff access, and any claim made through their site. 24auto is not a DMS, CRM, marketplace, financing provider, lender, broker, or legal/compliance advisor.

Dealer content and permissions

Dealers must have rights to upload and publish vehicle photos, logos, text, testimonials, inventory data, and other content. Dealers grant 24auto the limited rights needed to host, display, process, transform, cache, and transmit that content for the service.

24auto may refuse, remove, or limit content that appears unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with the service purpose.

Acceptable use

Dealers may not use the service for unlawful listings, deceptive advertising, malware, credential abuse, harassment, spam, unauthorized scraping, infringement, or activity that could damage 24auto, shoppers, vendors, infrastructure, or other customers.

The Acceptable Use page is incorporated into these terms. 24auto may suspend or remove content or site access for abuse, security, legal, platform, domain-reputation, or safety risk.

Billing, renewals, and cancellation

The current Standard Plan is $129/month. Selected founding customers may qualify for the Launch Special: $79/month for the first 24 monthly billing cycles while the subscription remains active and in good standing. After the Launch Special, the subscription may renew at the then-current Standard Plan price, currently $129/month.

Subscriptions are month-to-month and auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Dealers may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless 24auto states otherwise. There is no setup fee at launch unless separately agreed in writing, no hidden 24auto fees, and taxes may apply. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by 24auto.

24auto will provide at least 180 days advance notice before applying a material price increase to an existing paid customer, except where shorter or immediate changes are required by law, vendor requirements, abuse, fraud, security risk, or operational necessity.

Third-party services

The service may rely on payment processors, email providers, DNS/CDN providers, anti-abuse vendors, inventory feeds, analytics, hosting infrastructure, browser vendors, and other providers. 24auto is not responsible for every outage, policy change, cost, or data limitation caused by third-party systems outside its control.

Availability, changes, and support

24auto may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the product changes. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, vendor outages, abuse response, security work, or operational changes. Support requests can be sent to [email protected].

24auto does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and some launch, billing, domain, owner handoff, and outbound communication actions remain operator-gated unless separately approved.

No guarantees and risk allocation

24auto may provide technical SEO, AI-search, analytics, and lead-handling features, but does not guarantee sales, traffic, rankings, lead volume, close rate, platform placement, financing approvals, or dealership profit. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and business decisions remain the dealer's responsibility.

Suspension and termination

Payment failure, chargeback, breach, fraud, abuse, unlawful content, account compromise, or security, legal, vendor, operational, reputational, or platform risk may lead to suspension, limitation, or termination. 24auto may also decline renewal or terminate for convenience with reasonable notice where practical.

If 24auto terminates for convenience before the end of a paid period and the dealer is not in breach, 24auto should continue service through the paid period where practical or refund the unused prepaid portion.
