Rules for keeping 24auto dealer sites safe, accurate, and aligned with managed onboarding.
Prohibited use
24auto may not be used for scams, phishing, impersonation, illegal content, malware, harassment, hate or extremist content, sexual exploitation content, copyright-infringing content, privacy-invasive content, accessibility-obstructing misuse, or misleading dealer and inventory claims.
Dealer responsibility
Dealers are responsible for inventory, prices, availability, photos, descriptions, taxes, fees, financing claims, warranties, contact details, advertising claims, and legal compliance. 24auto provides website, inventory, hosting, and lead-capture tooling; it is not a DMS, CRM, marketplace, lender, broker, financing provider, or legal/compliance advisor.
Platform protection
24auto may suspend, limit, or remove content or site access when needed to protect shoppers, customers, the platform, domain reputation, legal compliance, infrastructure, or safety. Abuse response is manual and does not imply an automatic suspension decision.
