What this policy covers

This policy covers the 24auto.online marketing site, dealership subscription service, demo requests, operator-assisted onboarding, support, billing administration, anti-abuse checks, and service operations. Dealer storefront leads may involve both 24auto and the dealership shown on the storefront.

Information we collect

The marketing site may collect contact/demo request details when a visitor submits the form, including name, email, phone, dealership name, website URL, inventory size, message content, consent confirmation, device and log data, anti-abuse signals, and operational records needed to run and protect the site.

The subscribed service may process dealer account data, admin user data, inventory content, vehicle photos, uploaded logos, shopper lead data, billing status, communication records, audit events, and support records. The current product does not collect full credit application data such as SSN, DOB, income, employment, bank, driver license, or credit score.

How we use information

24auto uses information to respond to demo requests, set up and operate dealership websites, publish inventory, deliver shopper inquiries to dealers, manage accounts, process billing status, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, debug incidents, improve product quality, and meet legal or vendor obligations.

Dealer storefront leads and service-provider role

24auto may act as a business/controller for its own marketing, support, billing, admin, and demo-request interactions, and as a service provider/processor for dealer storefront leads where applicable. Dealers are responsible for their own follow-up, disclosures, customer communications, sales process, financing language, and use of lead information after delivery.

Current tracking posture

Public marketing pages are intended to be readable without tracking cookies, browser fingerprinting, session replay, or third-party advertising scripts. Privacy-safe logs and aggregate page-view records may still be used for security, reliability, and product decisions. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy and the cookie notice must name the provider and explain the collection.

Cookies and anti-abuse checks

24auto uses Turnstile or similar anti-bot tools on some form submissions. These checks belong on submit flows, not public page viewing, and may process technical signals such as IP address, browser information, challenge results, short-lived challenge data, or cookies required to verify that a submission is legitimate.

Vendors and subprocessors

  • Hosting, CDN/DNS, email, payment, anti-abuse, logging, support, and inventory/feed providers may process data.
  • Stripe or another payment provider should handle card data directly; 24auto should not store card numbers.
  • Vendor access should be limited to what is needed for the service, security, billing, or support function.
  • Email or any future SMS contact must follow applicable consent, CAN-SPAM, and messaging requirements.

Retention and deletion

24auto keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain backups. Marketing inquiries, account data, lead records, logs, and archived backups may have different retention periods.

Dealers, consumers, or authorized representatives may request access, correction, export, or deletion when those rights apply by contacting [email protected]. 24auto may need to verify the request, preserve certain records, or direct dealer-specific lead requests to the relevant dealership.

Privacy choices and rights

Visitors can choose not to submit the marketing contact form. Dealers can request account changes through support. Where applicable law provides additional privacy rights, 24auto will process verified requests through the privacy contact below.

Security and contact

24auto uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. Privacy requests should be sent to [email protected]. Support requests may be sent to [email protected]. Mailing address: 24auto.online, Attn: Privacy, 23823 MALIBU RD STE 50 #156, Malibu, CA 90265, United States.
