We keep the team small, the product focused, and the overhead close to zero. There is no marketplace middleman and no per-lead fee. The selected Launch Special is $79/month today; Standard pricing is $129/month because servers, email, security, and support still cost real money.

No. 24auto provides website tooling, visibility, and direct lead handling, but does not guarantee leads, rankings, sales, or revenue.
No. 24auto does not resell leads, charge per-lead fees, or take a commission on sales. The subscription covers the platform. There are no charges from 24auto beyond the subscription fee shown at checkout; sales tax applies where the law requires it.
Ask for a refund of the first billing period within 30 days of the first charge and we refund it in full, no reason required. The refund ends the subscription and the site comes down. It applies once per dealership, to the first paid subscription.
For Standard Plan customers we give at least 60 days notice before any material price increase. Selected founding dealers are exempt entirely — the $79 rate stays for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. Cancelling ends the lock, and restarting returns to the then-current Standard Plan price. A failed payment does not end the lock if the subscription is restored within 30 days.
